How long does a site take?

This all depends on the complexity. A simple site can take as little as a day, depending on the requirements. Obviously, the larger/more complex the site, the longer the turn around. As a rule, small sites take between 5-7 days. Huge sites can take months! This allows time to refine the requirements and amend items if necessary. This also gives you time to study the final product before being released to you for sign off and payment.

Do you offer maintenance contracts?

Yes. We prefer to maintain any site we create for a client. We can also maintain sites not created by Ravensloft, or enhance existing sites. Site maintenance contracts are negotiable.

Can I submit my own designs/pictures?

Absolutely! Providing your own artwork not only reduces the cost, but also makes the site that little bit more personal.

Can I pay in installments?

Generally no. Payment is to be made in full. For large projects, a non returnable deposit may be required to secure the man hours needed to complete it. Payment should also be made within 30 days. However, special circumstances will be considered if payment is a problem. We are flexible like that.
