We will design your web pages to your specifications and ensure that the design is unique. We will not use templates and can guarantee that it will not look like any other site on the internet today.

Number of web pages

The total number of pages that will be designed for a package. There are no restrictions on the amount of copy used.

Additional pages (per page)

The cost for each additional page above the number allowed for each package. If it looks like being many more than first thought, we will reassess the requirement and special circumstances will be considered.

Number of Graphics (total)

Total number of graphics to be used for each package. Again, special circumstances will be considered.

Interactive forms (number of)

Number of forms to be used in a package. However - this is flexible and complex forms will be subject to extra costs.

User forum/discussion database

Whatever you might need a discussion forum for, we can build you a multi-threaded custom solution. Some of the features are listed below, but we can add any other functionality you think you may require.

If you are starting a project from scratch, we will acquire the domain name on your behalf. You own the domain name, we only manage it. Domain names usually last for a minimum of two years.

Statistics Reporting (£25 per year)

With Matrix Stats, the premier web-based statistics service, you can view both real-time and historical information about the visitors to your web site. And your customers can do the same with their web sites.

Basic URL Security (£15 per domain year)

We can password protect areas of your website, and authenticate users from a text file or any ODBC database. This can be achieved easily, and is controlled by the server providing high security and a professional image to visitors. The basic service allows you to authenticate users from a text file while the advanced service allows users to be authenticated from a database.

Front Page 2002 Extensions (£35 per domain year)

We offer full support for Microsoft FrontPage 2002 extensions.

Advanced SMS Alerts (£15 per domain year)

Enables you to receive a text message on your mobile phone telling you every time you receive an email. With the advanced service, you can specify criteria that determines whether a message will be sent, e.g. only inform me about messages sent from a certain person or with a certain word in the subject.

SSL (£50 per domain year)

SSL allows for secure transactions between your web site and your customers.

Disk space

We do not limit the amount of disk space you may need for your web site.

Bandwidth transfer

We do not restrict the amount of bandwidth you may need for your web site.

Hosting renewal (Annual fee)

The cost of renewing the annual hosting fee, covering support and maintenance.

.NET Framework support (£35 per year per domain)

Full support for the .NET Framework.

Ravensloft's Spam filtering removes unsolicited e-mails. We can control the sensitivity of the filtering used, and decide what action should be taken when Spam e-mail arrives.

We can set-up automatic virus scanning of all e-mail sent to a domain name. The virus scanning operates on the border of the network, and incoming messages are checked before they reach your inbox.

Microsoft SQL server database, design, build & support
(£300 per database per year)

We can create MSSQL Server databases on your domain. MSSQL Server is the most powerful database available for the web today, and is the solution used by many corporate and financial institutions worldwide. We recommend MSSQL for large scale applications, high volume usage and transactional sites.

MySQL server database, design, build & support
(£100 per database per year)

MySQL is the open-source standard for databases, and is ideal for web applications based on our Linux Servers. MySQL databases can be set-up and managed instantly by us on your domain. We recommend MySQL for large scale applications, high volume usage, transactional sites and discussion forums

Microsoft Access database, design, build & support
(£50 per database per year) database

For sites that require low end database functionality, we recommend an ODBC compliant database like Microsoft Access.

e-commerce/Shopping cart

If you need advice on purchasing hardware, fixing PC issues, document conversion (Word to PDF for example) or any other technical issues to keep your business running smoothly, then this is for you. The cost depends on the level of support required and is on an annual retainer basis.
