March 2003	Villa Kristiana Site Completed	Ravensloft completes the design and implementation of the new Villa Kristiana site. Designed to inform potential customers of what the Villa has to offer, costs and availability and local information about the area the Villa is situated in. Behind the scenes, the site has a series of administration screens that enables the client to log in and change the availability of the Villa for hire. A booking form allows customers to make a 'provisional' booking online and provide the client with party details.
May 2003	e-newsletter launched	Ravensloft launches its new newsletter to imform existing customers and potential new ones of new servies, special offers, deals on Hosting and design and recent development news. It is hoped that the newsletters will invite businesses to explore future possibilities and solutions with Ravensloft and enhance the whole web experience for their customers.
June 2003	Remotech Services Site Completed	Remotech Services wanted a site overhaul and Ravensloft provided the solution! A sleek design giving a more professional appearence of Remotech hopes to attract additional business to Ravensloft and Remotech - a Ravensloft Partner - alike.
July 2003	Ravensloft Site restructured	With Ravensloft offering so many new services and more on the way, we needed to restructure the way our site handles all the information we are providing about what we do. This new format will make it easier to navigate through to the information you require and allow us to update and add new services more easily.
June 2003	Ravensloft Starts e-newsletter design for Exel/B<i>i</i>S.	Exel wanted to launch an e-newsbulletin campaign to advertise more effectively their products, services, industry and company news. The newsletter is still in the design stage at this time, but hope to implement it soon. Aimed mainly at embassies around the globe, the newsletter hopes to advertise UK related items, promoting the country to other countries around the world.
June 2003	Unisoft Phase I Completed	A total of five months was spent constructing the Unisoft Medical Systems first website. Having never had one before - it was a new area for them. With their medical products gaining ground in the marketplace, a site was necessary to both promote their image further and keep existing customers informed. The relys heavily on a database backend for news, latest developments and product installation details. Phase II gets underway shortly and includes product updates, downloads, planned developments and PAS information.
June 2003	Englefield Estate Site Completed	Taking almost eight months to complete (Mainly due to the collation of the content), Englefield finally replace their old out-of-date website with a brand new one, featuring a wealth of information, previously unavailable. The site covers all aspects of the Estate, life on the Estate and events and articles surrounding the activities that go on there. The site also provide information for visitors to the House, details of local walks around the area and historical data about the house and even has a scetion on TV and film shows that have used the house and grounds in filming. The site gives a new lease of life to some very old heritage!
July 2003	Safety Unlimited-KS contract secured	Ravensloft has now started construction of the new website for Safety Unlimited-KS, a HSE consultancy based in Suffolk. The site is a small informational presence outlining the company's key offerings and services, along with HSE information, links to government HSE sites, consultancy rates and expertise.
August 2003	Natures Medicines E-commerce site gets underway	Ravensloft has now started construction of the new website for Natures Medicines, a company selling herbal remidies on-line. The site is a small e-commerce web presence containing a few products to test it's feasibility. If successful, the product catalogue is set to expand to include other products in their range.
August 2003	Villa Moura Apartments Site starts	After seeing the site Ravensloft produced for Villa Kristiana, Villa Moura wanted something similar to promote their own villas abroad. Like Villa Kristiana, the site will display details of the villas, details of their locations and surrounding areas, a booking form and details of availablility.
October 2003	Ravensloft Site Overhaul	With more new services added to the Ravensloft portfolio and our constant efforts to be modern and up-to-date, the site has undergone a major rebuild. New content has been added - along with new graphics and a completely new layout with revamped back-end. We hope this site will last for a good few months, but as the internet changes - so do we. The industry around us is constantly evolving, so we hope this site update is in keeping with the current changes occurring.
October 2003	e-Bulleting for Exel / FCO nears go-live date	The e-marketing bulletin for Exel and FCO (Foreign & Commonwealth Office) is due to go live in the next few weeks. The bulletin will help to promote britain overseas. Included in the first issue, will be links to their product catalogue, related news and a word search.
November 2003	Exel Launches e-Bulletin Service	The first issue of Exel/Promoting Britain's e-bulletin went live on the 27th October. The newsletter - a service offered by Exel to the government Foreign and Commonwealth Office - hit in the region of 500 recipients. The bulletin contains news and articles of interest to government overseas employees from the UK and products that may be purchased to promote britain. The next issue is due to be released in December and work has already started on it's production. This is a recurring service provided by Ravensloft.
November 2003	Design for Medina site starts	Medina Business Solutions has requested the assitance of Ravensloft in creating their web presence. Medina is a small to medium accounting consultancy based in West London with a large client base, accomodating other SME's. The site will allow the client to add their own news items to the opening page and also features an online tax return form.
November 2003	Natures Medicines Site Completed	The Natures Medicines online herbal remedy site has been completed. Specific remedies are now available to buy online using the Paypal method. If the site proves to be successful, there are plans to expand the product range and provide a larger catalogue of products.
November 2003	Exel awards product catalogue design…	Exel provides a printed catalogue of their products to the FCO (Foreign and Commonwealth Office) in addition to an online catalogue, selling item to promote Britain abroad. Ravensloft will design the new 23 page catalogue for 2004.
February 2004	Site for Chris Craymer completed	Ravensloft created and delivered a web solution to Chris Craymer - international photographer for Elle, Vogue & Neutragena but to name a few, in time for his deadline of 14th February. Chris wanted a clean, simple website to replace his existing one, with emphasis on an online portfolio, which needed to be of a high image quality. The result is an easy to navigate site with clean lines, high image quality and no load time compromise.
March 2004	Unisoft Medical Systems site rebuild	The rebuild of Unisoft's site is well underway with over 50% already constructed. As well as all of the original elements incleded and redesigned, the site also features a more robust backend MySQL database and user discussion forum. This not only allows Unisoft's customers to post messages to staf and ask for help, but also to obtain evaluation software, post enhancement requests, update their installations and keep up-to-date with changes to Unisoft software. The site should be completed and rolled out within the next few months.
March 2004	T.Taylor & Sons site begins	A local hardware store that has been in business for over 150 years decided to join the internet revolution. Primarily a site designed to tell people who they are and where they are, their new web presence simply advertises what they do and summarises their extensive product range. We have kept it simple and easy to navigate.
April 2004	Sun Creative Group website gets overhaul	An exhibition stand design and build company wanted to upgrade their website to present a more professional appearence in their own industry. Ravensloft are currently creating their new site which is designed to reflect their expertise in exhibition design. The site is a simple informational site with easy navigation and examples of their previous successes.
April 2004	Villa Moura Apartments gathers momentum	After a long delay, the site for Villa Moura, now known as Algarve Villas is starting to take shape. With online booking forms, availability calendars and several examples of the villa's themselves, the site will provide prospective holiday makers with everything they need to help them decide which villa to utilise and book online. Again, the site navigation has been kept simple and easy for browsers to find the information they are looking for. The site will be rolled out in the next few weeks.
May 2004	Ansador site gets overhaul	Ansador - a security systems & solutions company based in London already had a website. Taking their existing site as a guide, we will be giving it a facelift and a more intuitive feel, easier to use and navigate and make sure it conforms to accessibility guidelines. As well as the cosmetic and functional side to the redesign, we will also be adding an online ordering system to allow existing customers to order their products online, potentially migrating to full e-commerce at a later date.
October 2004	New full e-commerce site for Monkey trading	Monkey trading sell furniture and gifts from around the world. Their catalogue contains some 1000 products and needed a way to both display their products online and maintain an online intranet between their stores, located in Bracknell and Windsor. The first phase is the online catalogue, allowing visitors to peruse their furniture range. Ultimately, it will become a full online store.
December 2004	Support provided to Unisoft Medical Systems	While the new website is in it's final stages of completetion, we were asked to go into the Unisoft offices and correct a badly installed Exchange server by a previous organisation Exchange 2003 was installed and configured, along with migratimg a Windows 2000 domain to 2003, Sharepoint was installed (But yet to be configured) and an Mdaemon email gateway was placed between the internet and the Exchange server to provide better anti-spam and anti-virus. As a result of the work we carried out, Ravensloft will be supporting Unisoft's office network and other technical buisness requirements on an ongoing basis.
October 2004	New website and office network installation for RFID Centre	The RFID Centre (Radio Frequency Identification) is a new enterprise and needed a corporate website to showcase their services and a full network installation at their new office space in the Cable & wireless building in Bracknell. Ravensloft are currently working on the website, but the network install went in recently with secure wireless capability, networked printers and broadband installation. The site is expected to be completed and go live in the new year.
October 2004	Monsta Entertainments Site completed	Ravensloft has completed a website for Monsta Entertainments; a London club and band promoter. Providing a band directory listing and details of the events that they promote, the site is database driven and also hosted with Ravensloft. A bespoke CRM system provides Monsta with a mechanism to maintain their own event details and news and to update and add to the band directory of bands that they manage.
October 2004	Ravensloft hosts Risk Governance site	Risk Governance needed a new web host for their site and Ravensloft stepped in to help them. The site runs on a Windows 2003 server and the dual 400 mbit bandwidth our servers have means that thaie site is served 24/7 at blistering speed.
October 2004	Online gaming clan turns to Ravensloft for hosting FSZ	FSZ, an unreal Tournament gaming clan, were having trouble with their existing host and approached Ravensloft for assitance. We moved their entire database driven site to a Linux server with a MySQL backend with almost no problems. Disruption was minimised to only a couple of days and FSZ now enjoy a much better service.
October 2004	New full e-commerce site for Dragonfly Trading Co.	Dragonfly Trading Co. sell custom water features and arts and crafts from South Africa, made using traditional South African methods. They wanted a full online store to both sell the products and promote the traditional South African craft scene. The sales of these products will also help out the tribes that produce them financially.
December 2004	St Helena Hospice	The Hospice, a registered charity, needed to overhaul their existing website. Ravensloft re-designed the site at no cost and is currently hosted free of charge also.
December 2004	Ravensloft hosts ComputerContractor.net	Purchased as a going concern by the new owner, ComputerContractor.net is now hosted with Ravensloft on a Linux RedHat server, connecting to a MySQL database. A lot of re-coding was required to run the existing site on MySQL 4 server, but is now running smoothly. Over the course of 2005, the site will be redesigned by Ravensloft to give it a sharper appearence from the one it currently has.
October 2005	New examples and finished projects in portfolio	We have created a few new example sites to further show what we can offer as a solution to your website needs. Some new completed projects for Eccleston Properties and The GoodBoss Company have also been added.
October 2005	Error reporting tool created for Ansador	A new online reporting tool has been created for Ansador as part of an 'add-on' to their current website. This allows their customers with a Support Level Agreement (SLA) to log faults with their equipment at any time of the day or night. The fault is logged electronically and assigned to an Ansador engineer, whilst also alerting the customer that it has been received and action taken. The log records the fault in a database that Ansador can audit at a later time to track trends in faults and customers.
October 2005	Support provided to Chris Craymer Ltd / VS Digital Ltd	Ravensloft now supports the internnal infrastructure for CC and VSD ltd, covering their servers, NAS storage solutions and Desktops. This support covers both PC and Apple Mac platforms as well as RAID level storage.
October 2005	E-bulletin services provided to BIS and FCO	E-bulletin services to the UK embassies worldwide, originally with Exel, has now transferred to BIS (British International Services), on behalf of the Foreign and Commonwealth Office. Ravensloft has also transferred and will now work directly with BIS, providing the bulletin service.
October 2005	Hosting services provided to InstituteAC	Ravensloft now hosts the website of Institute AC, a division of Renault. Our services allow them to run a dynamic database driven site using the scripting language PHP.
December 2005	Online HR tool	We are currently building an online HR employee reporting tool for the GoodBoss Company, allowing them to provide a mechanism for organisations to get detailed employee reports against their managers, by means of online questionnaires, analytical reports and comparisons. The online tool is expected to be completed and trialed early in February, after a successful paper version was trialed eariler this year.
January 2006	Brokers Gin hosting	Ravensloft now hosts Brokers Gin, a gin Made with THE FINEST herbs, spices and fruit IMPORTED FROM THREE CONTINENTS, Broker's Gin is SPECIALLY BLENDED TO BE DRY...not unlike the British sense of humour.
January 2006	Ellison 77 - MotoGP rider	Ravensloft finally has a celebrity, of sorts. We are currently developing the new site, for James Ellison, MotoGP rider for WCM-BLATA. Hosting, Forums, Site layout, e-commerce and other web solutions
January 2006	Coral Bay Villa site completed	Now completed, the holiday villas in Cyprus site showing availability and booking details with photo galleries and client administration panel for changing availability dates.
March 2006	Urgent site build in record time	A request for an urgent site came in late yesterday for an online petetion site to save the train service in the West Berkshire area. Richard Benyon, MP for Newbury is campaigning to save the service on behalf of his constituents, going up against First Great Western (Service operator) and Network Rail. The site was turned out in a very short space of time allowing local users of the service to register their protest through an online petition that Richard Benyon wil use in an effort to save service cuts.
March 2006	Kangaroo Self Storage hosting	Ravensloft now hosts the website of Kangaroo Self Storage, a storage company based in Scotland.
August 2006	Voice, Vision, Vitality	Ravensloft has completed the site of Voice, Vision, Vitality on behalf or Roche, a leading helathcare company. VVV is a website designed to help people living with cancer.
August 2006	Testimonials	We thought that it might be a nice idea if we had a few testimonials on the site. After writing to a few clients asking for some nice words, we got some nice words back! Some really nice words in fact. Didn’t think at the moment of sending out the emails, anyone would have the time, but we have 11 in the space of a few days and am truly thankful. It’s always nice to be appreciated. :)
